Scripting in Clarisse is not a simple as in maya. When executing a line and it returns a name of an object for instance, in maya this would be a string that we could put into a list or do whatever with. In clarisse as far as i found it behaves more like a link to a location, don't think of the word it returns as a string. I am still very much learning some scripting in clarisse, so i could be a bit wrong with this, but below is an example of what i got working.
